At Only Good JuJu, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep them coming back to our store time and time again. That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of all our policies. RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS
We pride ourselves on ensuring all products sold are of the highest quality. All items are quality checked for faults before they are shipped out to customers. However as these bags are made by hand they are subject to human error. We are more than happy to fix a fault or damaged item. If you have a concern with a faulty or damaged item, please email us at
Deer Hide Policy:
All Deer pieces are custom and require 5-7 business days to be made, if you would like a rush order please contact us.
Hides are a natural product, over time fur may loosen from leather, depending on treatment of your good. Please note that small natural scars or scratches may be visible due to the nature of the hide.
We don't except returns or exchanges for any deer hide products. Please contact if you have any problems with your order.
Please give us 2-3 weeks before shipment. As all items are made to order.
• No refunds for incorrect choice.
• Only Good JuJu will happily exchange (other colour or model) if the item has never been used and still has its original tag.
• No replacements for bags that are older than 1 months OR are 'well loved.'
When purchasing our leather goods there is an understanding that the bag is constructed out of a natural animal hyde, that has natural markings and consistency.
All products will show wear and tear over time. It is made of fabric which makes it durable but not indestructible

• We will confirm if the return of the product is suitable and send you a Returns Form.
• The returned item/s must be in original condition with all tags remaining in place.
• Item/s must not have been used, washed or altered in any way.
• The Return Form and the product must be send via a registered postal service.
• Please provide us the tracking number. Once the items have been received, you will receive an email confirming receipt of item.
• The shipping costs incurred for returning items for an exchange are not covered by Only Good JuJu. Only those items confirmed as faulty and returned will have any shipping costs refunded.
We can only accept items purchased on our website Onlygoodjuju.com If you purchased your item at a retail location we ask you to contact the store in which you purchased the item for further assistance.
Only Good JuJu currently only ships with in the United States.
Dispatch: All shipping is charged at a flat rate of $7.95 per order within United States Please allow us 2-3 business days to dispatch (pick & pack) your order. Orders are processed and generally delivered within 5-7 business days (1-2 days Hawaii). There can be the occasional courier delays which may slightly affect the delivery time frame.
Tracking number will be sent by email as soon as items have disbatched from USPS. Business addresses are preferred.
